Join ICASI to Advance Security on the Internet
ICASI is seeking publicly-traded IT vendors with a global customer base that have established threat response capabilities; are passionate about innovating new ways to address global, multi-product security threats; and are willing to commit the resources to achieve ICASI’s mission.
There are three levels of membership — Founding, Charter, and General
Membership Requirements:
Founding Members and Charter Members must:
  • Be nominated for membership by an existing Founding or Charter Member.
  • Execute the ICASI Member Multi-party NDA;
  • Be global vendors, manufacturers, or providers of information technology (“IT”) that can effect changes necessary to protect the global IT security ecosystem and that:
  1. Are publicly traded companies listed on a U.S. or a foreign exchange with a global customer base;
  2. Demonstrate mature security incident response and engineering processes;
  3. Create products that make up the core elements of IT infrastructure used by global companies and governments.
  • Pay the applicable ICASI membership initiation fee (Founding Members only) and annual membership dues;
  • Be approved by the Board of Directors.
General Members must:
  • Execute the ICASI Member Multi-party NDA;
  • Be vendors, manufacturers, or providers of IT, Internet or e-commerce products, solutions or services, or provide IT-, Internet-, or e-commerce-based services to the public;
  • Be global industry leaders that can effect changes necessary to protect the global security IT ecosystem and that are committed to participating actively in carrying out the responsibilities of the General Members.
  • Pay the membership dues applicable to General Members;
  • Be approved by the Board of Directors.
